Yenny Lee ships worldwide from Indonesia.
A tracking number will be provided for dress shipments. We ship worldwide with Fedex / DHL / 3rd party courier. The shipping delivery is depending on country, customs, weather conditions & diligence of local postal delivery. During holidays shipping can be longer. We do not responsible for delays due to delivery.
Yenny Lee is not responsible for customs and/or duties attached to your shipment. All international shipments may be subject to additional costs. We advise looking into your country's specific import duties and taxes to ensure there are no surprises upon delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please note all sales are FINAL.
Due to the nature of made-to-order production, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of our wedding dresses.
If you'd like to cancel your order before it was shipped, we can offer you 50% refund. The rest is charged for labor and materials.
All our dresses are in standard size, which correspond to the body measurements indicated in our size chart and not to your own measurement.
You should expect to have some alterations for the perfect fit. We can't be responsible for the alterationsand for ther costs.

LOST PACKAGE
Once we send an item, it is at the mercy of the courier. We can't be responsible for the mail service of your country.
We do not reimburse or replace items that have been lost or damaged during shipping. Also, please take care to list a secure shipping address to avoid problems with loss and theft.
