Q: Do I need to Sign Up an Account?

A: No. But you need to contact us thru email yennylee.bride@gmail.com or whatsapp us on +62 812 1741 1038 for the price, stock, and to make appointment for the fitting.

 

Q: What kinds of payment method are accepted?

A: Currently we only accept Bank Transfer (BCA)

 

Q: Can I get discount?

A: All price is a fixed price. You can get a discount only if there is a special promotion from us.

 

Q: Are your items manufactured yourself?

A: Yes, They are! We design and manufactured our products exclusively for our brand. And all our products are manufactured in Indonesia by our qualified and professional team.

 

Q: Are your items ready stocks?

 Q: Do you have any offline store?

A: Yes we do! Don't hesitate to contact us.

 

Q: Can I see the real pictures of the products?

A:  All the pictures that you see on our website are real pictures.The product that you'll get is as same as in the pictures.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, at the moment - for custom made only. Unfortunately for rent evening gown, we only serve for Indonesia area only.

 

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Sorry, you cannot cancel order after submitting.

 

Q: Why are my order has been cancelled?

A: Maximum payment for an order is 1x24 hours, after an order have been placed. If payment has not been completed after the time limit, the order will be canceled automatically.

 

Q: How can I track my order?

A: We will inform you the airway bill after we deliver the dress by manual.

 

Q: How can I measure my size?
A:  Please make your appointment for the perfect fitting. We will assist you for the measurement.
